Overview
As Interface Manager, I led the end‑to‑end delivery of all system integrations required for the modernization of Massachusetts’ UI platform. This included coordinating with state agencies, financial institutions, federal partners, and internal Deloitte teams to ensure that all interfaces were designed, validated, and deployed according to program requirements.
My work ensured that the new UI system could reliably exchange data across tax, benefits, wage reporting, employer services, and federal compliance processes — a foundational requirement for statewide rollout.
